If you could go back in time and give your younger self advice, what would it be?
If I could go back and sit with my younger self for one honest conversation, I wouldn’t hand her a list of things to avoid. I’d say this:

You are not behind. You are not too much. And the life you’re building doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s to be real.
I’d tell her that the things that scare her most—being seen, wanting more, choosing the people who actually stay—are not signs she’s doing it wrong. They’re signs she’s finally listening to herself.
I’d tell her that most of the pressure she feels is rented. It doesn’t belong to her. She can set it down.
And I’d tell her that “stay” is a practice, not a destination. Stay with the quiet mornings. Stay with the hard conversations. Stay with the version of herself that is still becoming. The rest has a way of sorting itself out once she stops running from her own life.
You don’t have to become someone else to be enough.
You just have to stay long enough to become yourself.
Salt in the air. Coffee in hand. And the choice to stay present.
